Summary:

Community Development & Advocacy Forum Nepal (CDAFN) Bardibas, Mahottari is a NGO dedicated to uphold the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on Education ,Health, Education, Livelihood, Protection and Climate Change Adaptation Mitigation, Chure Conservation, Disaster Risk Reduction Management, Biodiversity Conservation and Humanitarian Support including Organizational Development and GEDSI. It works with a vision for Building a Civilized and Prosperous Society with Equality and Social Justice in Nepal since 2006. It works with a mission to improve the lives of people through economic, social, cultural and physical transformation. It has been implementing INSPIRE project in partnership with Save the Children in Mahottari District.

Position: Pedagogical Resource Person

Required No.: 1 (One) 

Duty Station: Loharpatti Municipality, Mahottari

Required qualification, experience, skill and knowledge

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in education (Preferred: Master’s degree) with at least 1-2 years of progressive responsibility as a resource person in relevant field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in training facilitation, coaching and mentoring. Skills in developing and utilizing teaching-learning materials. Skills in teachers support to apply training learning regular classroom. Experience working in multicultural environments.

Skills:

• Sound knowledge on Education and Child Rights Policy
• Knowledge and skill on project Management and training facilitation
• Report and proposal and case studies writing skill
• Presentation, facilitation, and negotiation
• Very good skills and knowledge in documentation and reporting in English and Nepali
• Excellent computer skills in word, excel, Power Point
• Excellent presentation and training facilitation skill and knowledge.
