Position: Officer Runner and Administrative Support

Experience: 1+ years

Education: +2 or Bachelor in Management

  • Must have a 2 wheeler license 

Job Responsibilities for Office Runner

  • Provide general administrative support to management.
  • Involve in account department like; bank deposit, withdrawing, bank statement and other.
  • Collect detail, information and quotation from different vendors and suppliers.
  • Invoice drop and payment collection.
  • Should be responsible for various utilities payment & collection activities. Like; electricity, water, telephone etc.
  • Report to the line manager about the assigned task of the day and its progress.
  • Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors.
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
  • Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among shareholders.
  • Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
  • Maintain office filing.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Prepare documents, process mail and answer telephone.
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.
  • Any other job assigned by the line manager.
