Position: Officer Runner and Administrative Support
Experience: 1+ years
Education: +2 or Bachelor in Management
- Must have a 2 wheeler license
Job Responsibilities for Office Runner
- Provide general administrative support to management.
- Involve in account department like; bank deposit, withdrawing, bank statement and other.
- Collect detail, information and quotation from different vendors and suppliers.
- Invoice drop and payment collection.
- Should be responsible for various utilities payment & collection activities. Like; electricity, water, telephone etc.
- Report to the line manager about the assigned task of the day and its progress.
- Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
- Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among shareholders.
- Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
- Maintain office filing.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Prepare documents, process mail and answer telephone.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Any other job assigned by the line manager.
