Notice Inviting Quotation for IT Equipment

The University of Nepal (UNepal), located at Sano Gaucharan, Kathmandu, Nepal, is a research-oriented, multidisciplinary, autonomous public university established under the University of Nepal Act 2024 AD (2081 BS). UNepal invites sealed quotations from eligible and registered suppliers for the supply and delivery of IT equipment for university use. Interested vendors are requested to submit their quotations as per the details mentioned below:

2. Eligibility Criteria:
- Firm registration with renewal.
- Copy of VAT.
- Copy of tax clearance for fiscal year 2081/082.
- Minimum 5 years of IT related work experience.
3. Submission Details:
- Publication Date: 22nd April 2026
- Deadline for submission of quotation: 30th April 2026, before 4 pm University of Nepal, Sano Gaurachan.
