Notice Inviting Proposal for Consultancy Services for Design, Estimation of Repair and Maintenance of the Kesharmahal, Annex Building

Date: 27 Chaitra 2082 (10th April 2026)

1. The University of Nepal, Sanogaurachan, Kathmandu, Nepal, invites proposal from eligible engineering consulting firms for the following consultancy services:

2. Scope of Work includes but is not limited to:

• Detailed changes of the existing rooms/space of the building.
• Structural and architectural assessment for repair and maintenance of the entire building.
• Complete design and drawing (architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, telephone, and IT networking).
• Detailed cost estimation (Bill of Quantities – BoQ) for:
  • Building repair and maintenance (walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, windows, doors, etc.)
  • Complete internal and external painting.
  • Electrification (wiring, fixtures, panels, earthing, safety switches).
  • Plumbing (water supply, drainage, sanitary fittings).
  • Internet and data cabling.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

• Firm registration with renewal.
• Copy of PAN/VAT.
• Copy of tax clearance for fiscal year 2080/081.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building consultancy, especially repair/retrofit projects.

4. Submission Details:

• Publication Date: 10th April 2026
• Pre-bid meeting: 17th April 2026 at University of Nepal, Sanogaurachan at 3 pm, meeting hall. If the bidder requires to visit the Annex Building, Kesharmahal, UNepal will provide the support for location visit on the same day.
• Deadline for submission of proposals: 24th April 2026 before 4 pm University of Nepal, Sanogaurachan.

5. Submission Mode: Two-stage system (Technical & Financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes inside a larger sealed envelope).
