Notice for inviting sealed quotation

Since December 2024, PeaceWin Nepal, in partnership with Welthungerhilfe (WHH), has been implementing the project titled "Women in Climate Resilient Agri-System for Enhanced Nutrition Security (WE-CAN)". The project aims to promote climate-resilient local food systems and empower women in Sanfebagar Municipality and Chaurpati Rural Municipality of Achham District, Sudurpashchim ProvinceSince it is necessary to procure essential tree plants and Nappier grass for fodder, erosion control for farmer groups under the WE-CAN Project implemented by PeaceWin Nepal in Sanfebagar Municipality of Achham District, sealed quotations are hereby invited within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the following conditions, from licensed companies and suppliers at the district, provincial, and national levels.

Suppliers must submit their quotations including the rate of services and goods/materials, along with an application addressed to this office. If the last day for submission falls on a public holiday, the quotation may be submitted on the following working day.

Additionally, the quotation forms along with the list of goods/materials can be submitted in person at PeaceWin’s central office in Martadi, Bajura or at the District Project Support Office in Sanfebagar, Achham, or can be sent via courier upon request. This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of PeaceWin, Nepal, either financial or otherwise. PeaceWin, Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject all responses without incurring an obligation.
