Job Description:
- Handling all administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and managing files
- Providing support to management as needed
- Creating and publishing engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Responding to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
- Analyzing social media data to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure social media activities are integrated with other marketing efforts.
