About the role: Practical Action has an exciting opportunity for a ‘Manager - People and Culture’ to join as a member of their Regional Management Team based in Nepal. Reporting to the Regional Director, the position will be accountable for leading on planning and delivery of our people, leadership and culture enabling objective, ensuring alignment to our global approach and supporting management in strengthening our investment in people. This will include playing a regional role supporting the India office and be a part of the Global People and Culture team.

About you: As an experienced and credible people and culture professional, you will have the ability to build strong relationships with the Global People and Culture Team including colleagues across multiple geographies. You will have a proven track record of adding value and can demonstrate strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills. In addition, you will have experience of leading change management, promoting best practices and improving organisational culture, designing and implementing pay and benefits structures, rewards and recognition, knowledgeable on the local labour law, rules and regulations, learning and development and on safeguarding in alignment with organisational objectives. The minimum qualification of post graduate degree with three years of related field is required.
