Job Description

TEAMS-BCPL Joint Venture is looking for an experienced, dedicated and motivated Billing Engineer for preparing IPCs, As-built drawings, agreements and running bills of petty contractor and the ideal candidate must have 3 years of relevant experience in making IPCs of civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare IPCs of the DBOT project in a standard format provided by the client.
• Prepare supporting documents required for the IPCs.
• Preparation of As-built drawings. 
• Preparation of agreements and contracts of petty contractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Coordination with concern agencies in order to get approval of IPCs.
• Frequent travel to site for the verification of construction works.
• Preparation of weekly targets, progress reports.
• Collaborate with project teams and documentation of IPCs-related documents.

2. Position: Site Store Keeper

Job Level: Mid-Level

Job Specification

• Education Level: Bachelor's in commerce, management or administration
• Experience Required: At least 5 years as a storekeeper in the construction industry

• Weekly store balance report 
• Material measurement
• Certified two-wheeler license is preferred.

Job Description

TEAMS-BCPL Joint Venture is looking for an experienced, dedicated and motivated Site Store Keeper for the managing the site store

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily record keeping of incoming and outgoing materials at site
• Measure and verify all the goods/materials incoming and outgoing at site
• Prepare weekly material consumption report 
• Prepare weekly material incoming report
• Lead housekeeping at site 
• Minimize wastage and loss of materials at site
• Prepare material requisition to head office
• Assist site manager in local procurement
• Assist site manager in documentation process
