Job Description

• Inputting loan application information into lender platforms

• Assisting clients in processing and tracking home loans, starting from the submission process till granting loans  by ensuring exceptional customer service

• Liaising with clients, lenders, referrers and other stakeholders to request supporting documentation and provide updates on the application's progress

• Using a dedicated Customer Relation Management (CRM) platform to maintain active notes and manage applications

• Maintaining compliance processes as per the guidelines

Job Specification

Education and experience

• Demonstrates strong educational background with a completed Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)

• Possesses at least 1 year of related experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

• Possesses experience working with CRM software (preferred)

Communication skills

• Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, lenders, team members, and other stakeholders

• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written English for clear communication during the loan process

• Utilizes intermediate computer typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation tasks

Collaboration and Initiative

• Be an excellent team player fostering a positive and cooperative work environment

• Shows a proactive and self-driven approach, works independently and takes initiative when needed

Attention to detail and accuracy

• Has meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in processing loan applications and it’s supporting documents

Self-motivation and professionalism

• Is highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving the set tasks and objectives

• Presents oneself in a professional manner, both in appearance and conduct, representing the company positively

Problem-solving and decision-making

• Possesses strong problem-solving skills, effectively addressing unusual and complex files and issues that may arise during the loan processing process

• Displays the ability to devise actionable solutions to improve the loan processing workflow

Time management and prioritization

• Manages time efficiently, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high productivity and the quality of work
