If you are selected, you have 

to perform:

• Annual Maintenance Activities and Help Desk Activities in Nepal’s Leading INGO (s)
• Troubleshooting of Computer, Printer, Network, Email, Internet etc.
• Online Meeting support in Zoom and Teams.
• Standby in INGOs for IT Helpdesk support.
• Guiding and helping the users in their needs.
• Upgrades of Service Packs and fixings.

We need:

• IT Degree in any IT discipline
• Having at least 2-years of work experience as IT Helpdesk Support.
• Good in Nepali and English Language in both written and spoken
• Eagar to learn with full dedications

• 2-Wheeler with the driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
