Call for Request for Proposal (RFP)
Robotics Association of Nepal(RAN), under the Creating Opportunities for Youth in the Digital Economy (CODE) Project, invites qualified Training Service Providers or Private Sector employers to submit proposals to design and deliver 5–7-day, face-to-face training in the following areas:
1. Intermediate Training in Graphic Design and Video Editing
2. AI-Assisted Software Engineering
About Robotics Association of Nepal
Robotics Association of Nepal (RAN) is the only national-level non-profit association that provides an outstanding platform for students and enthusiasts all over Nepal. RAN is established to promote, educate, explore, and compete in the field of robotics.
RAN’s mission is to create platforms, partnerships and possibilities to enable Nepali organizations and individuals to understand the implications of science of mechanics, electronics, robotics and coding and implement them to find solutions to everyday life problems. Our objective is to provide a problem-based learning environment where youths can explore solutions to automate and mechanize everyday processes and build effective and efficient systems that lead to better and dignified lives.
CODE Project Overview
Creating Opportunities for Youth in Digital Economy (CODE) is a European Union- funded project implemented by Swisscontact, in partnership with Restless Development Nepal and the Robotics Association of Nepal, from 2026 to 2028 in Madhesh and Gandaki Provinces.
The project aims to empower young women and men, particularly women and underrepresented groups, to participate meaningfully in Nepal's growing digital economy. CODE strengthens digital literacy, promotes market-relevant digital skills, facilitates access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities, and supports youth engagement in digital governance and policymaking. Working with local governments, civil society, training institutions, schools, and the private sector, CODE contributes to an inclusive digital ecosystem where youth can benefit from digital transformation.
How to Apply
Interested organizations should submit their technical and financial proposals, along with all mandatory legal documents, to: code@ran.org.np || ran.code2026@gmail.com
Note: Organizations are welcome to apply for both assignments mentioned above.
However, organizations applying for both assignments are requested to submit separate applications via separate emails, with the appropriate subject line clearly indicating the assignment. Organizations may apply to deliver the assignment in either Gandaki Province or Madhesh Province and may choose to apply for one province only.

Note: Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. RAN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason, and to cancel this call at any stage.
