Aasaman Nepal with the vision of happy and healthy children is currently working in 20 districts of Nepal, irrespective of geographical location. ASN has been engaged in developing and implementing programs aimed at protection, promotion, and fulfillment of child rights in Nepal with various development themes such as; Education/Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Livelihood /Natural Resource Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Health/Nutrition and Governance.

Aasaman Nepal (ASN) in partnership with Save the Children International invites sealed bid from the eligible and qualified bidders for Construction of Tiyar Khola Diversion Dam at Karaiyamai Rural Municipality, Bara District. Therefore, ASN invites sealed bids from bidders who meet the following criteria. 

i) Bidder registered as per law of Nepal.

ii) Bidder with experience of minimum 1 Dam construction above NPR 5 million each.

iii) Bidder with minimum average annual turnover of NPR 10 million in last 3 years and have minimum reserve of NPR 2 million in last audit report.

iv) Bidders who have working experience with development organization (INGOs/NGOs, UN, USAID, FCDO, etc.) have been preferred.

All bids accompanied by a bid security of 2.5% of bid price must be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 4:00 PM on 5 February 2026. in the addresses given below. Technical Proposal will be opened at ASN Janakpur office in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 Noon on 6 February 2026.

Aasaman Nepal will provide bid document without any fee after registration of interest and eligible individuals/firm for the bid.

This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ASN, either financial or otherwise. ASN reserves the right to accept or reject of all response without incurring an obligation.
