As a global software company, ComplianceQuest Inc investors prefer that all staff working on products and related services are employed through CQ subsidiaries, that is the reason CQ Inc has started opening its subsidiaries globally. CQ-Nepal is its second such subsidiary after opening one in India. CQ-Nepal is going to be 100% information technology export company where it aims to export IT product and services based on various project provided by its parent company. Its scope of work includes both Business Process Outsourcing, Software Development and Services.

Details / requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Setting up the new laptops before assigning them to employees. 
  • Formatting and resetting the used laptops before assigning them to employees. 
  • Responding to IT requests. 
  • Troubleshooting windows, mac, and Office 365 applications-related issues across the organization. 
  • Act as a point of contact for onboarding new joiners across the organizational platforms. 
  • Diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues. 
  • Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems. 
  • Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems. 
  • Tracking and managing work records. 
  • Compiling job reports. 
  • Perform internal audits of office devices. 
  • Setting up network devices, policies and implementing them. 
  • Ensure Internet up time. 
  • Need to communicate and collaborate with ISPs for the same 
  • Understanding the laptops and other IT related devices’ need at the organization, exploring the available devices in the market and making recommendations. 
  • Maintain laptop inventory and life cycle in internal portal. 
  • Ensure the security of the office network and office devices. 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science. 
  • Proven work experience as a technical support engineer. 
  • Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols. 
  • Real-world experience with Mac and Windows OS. 
  • Office 365, One Drive, SharePoint, and Microsoft office application support. 
  • Working experience in administration with MS Teams. 
  • Working experience on Exchange and Active Directory is an added advantage. 
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Shell. 
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems. 
  • Good time management skills. 
  • Good interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to think critically. 
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications would be an added advantage.
