IT Professional With Japanese Language Proficiency

We are in search of a diligent IT professional possessing fluency in Japanese language, minimum JLPT N3 level or above.

Tech Glazers is a company based in Nepal that specializes in providing software solutions and services to clients in-house and abroad. Most of our clients are based in Japan, therefore we are seeking for candidates with technical expertise and Japanese language skills to strengthen our connections.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Hold bachelor's degree or above in IT or any relevant discipline

2. A minimum of two years of work experience  in the software industry as .Net Engineer.

3. Proficient in Japanese, JLPT N3 equivalent or above

4. Dedicated and eager to thrive in challenging environment

5. Dynamic team player with focus on achieving results

6. Exhibits a positive attitude

7. Able to manage deadlines effectively

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understand technical/non-technical requirements of clients and communicate them effectively and efficiently to the team in Nepal

2. Communicate issues and concerns of Nepal team with the clients in Japan

3. Project documentation for future reference

4. Managing project deadlines, risks and concerns associated with the projects

5. Present Nepal team with the appropriate requirements and projections
