Invitation to suppliers to submit Bid/Tender

This is a request for an invitation to submit a quotation for the Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 8 Institutional solar photovoltaic systems (ISPS) at different health facilities in Surkhet District (E4H scale up Phase II Project) to Beautiful Nepal Association (BNA).

The closing time and date for submitting the quotation is 17:00 NST, 31st October 2026. All quotations must be for work carried out by the bidder, with neither the whole nor part of the work being sub-contracted out by the bidder.

Key Dates and Cost for Bid Development and Submission

These are the following dates for this quotation process. BNA reserves the right to exclude incomplete quotations or quotations received after the closing date.

All bidders are responsible for covering any cost involved to develop their bid. This includes any travel and assessments carried out in the intended location of the work. BNA will not cover these costs to develop the bids, nor cover their costs as part of the contract with the selected bidder. 

Submission Process

Submissions need to be complete and made by 31st October 2026, Time 5 PM NST. They must be submitted to the following address in hard copy with authorised signatures from the suppliers.

Sundar Nepal Sanstha (BNA) central office, Birendranagar municipality-8, Surkhet, Nepal or E4H project office, Birendranagar municipality-5, Surkhet.
