1. Background:

Reconstruction & Research Development Center (hereinafter RRDC), is not for profit, a Non-Government Organization (NGO) established in 2010 AD and registered at DAO Mugu and Social Welfare Council (SWC) Nepal. It has significant contribution on community development through different intervention like education, good governance, livelihood enhancement, health and nutrition, water sanitation and human rights etc. from last three decades.

Currently RRDC, in partnership with BMZ Germany and Welthungerhife Nepal, has been implementing Strengthening Food and Nutrition Security Resilience of Disadvantaged Population Groups in Mugu and Bajura Districts, Western Nepal (SAMPURNA) project (project code: NPL 1043- 16) in Khatyad Rural Municipality of Mugu district. For the project purpose, Reconstruction & Research Development Center invites to submit sealed bids from eligible bidders for the items mentioned in below tables.

3.    Terms and Conditions:

Required documents along with the bid: application, company/ firm registration certificate, VAT registration and tax clearance certificate.

Bid form and additional information can be received from RRDC Central Office, Gamgadhi, Mugu and Field Office, Majhchaur, Mugu. Furthermore, Bid form can be requested on email mahesh.rrdc@gmail.com.

The required materials must be transported to road head of the construction sites of Khatyad Rural Municipality, Mugu.

Interested eligible firms are requested to submit the bids within 5:00 PM, 20 September, 2021 in following addresses. Document received after the deadline shall not be accepted. The bid form can be requested on aforementioned email ID. Please clearly specify BID ITEMS (e.g. 2.1 construction materials) in Subject section for bid form requisition.
