Invitation to BID for Different Items

1. Background:

PeaceWin (hereinafterPW), is not for profit, a Non-Government Organization (NGO) established in 1992 AD and registered at DAO Bajura and Social Welfare Council (SWC) Nepal. It has significant contribution on community development through different intervention like education, good governance, livelihood enhancement, health and nutrition, water sanitation and human rights etc. from last three decades.

Currently PW, in partnership with BMZ Germany and Welthungerhife Nepal, has been implementing Strengthening Food and Nutrition Security Resilience of Disadvantaged Population Groups in Mugu and Bajura Districts, Western Nepal (SAMPURNA) project (project code: NPL 1042- 16) in Budhinanda Municipality and Himali Rural Municipality of Bajura district. For the project purpose, PeaceWin invites to submit sealed bids from eligible bidders for the items mentioned in below tables.

3. Terms and Conditions:

Required documents along with the bid: application, company/ firm registration certificate, VAT registration and tax clearance certificate.

• Bid form and additional information can be received from PeaceWin Central Office, Martadi, Bajura and Field Office, Kolti, Bajura. Furthermore, Bid form can be requested on email peacewin.govinda@gmail.com.
• The required materials must be transported to road head of the construction sites of Budhinanda Municipality and Himali Rural Municipality, Bajura.
• Interested eligible firms are requested to submit the bids within 5:00 PM, 28 February 2021 in following addresses. Document received after the deadline shall not be accepted. The bid form can be requested on aforementioned email ID. Please clearly specify BID ITEMS (e.g. 2.1 Hoarding board) in Subject section for bid form requisition.
