It was established by active, committed and energetic youths in the field of community development and empowerment with the existing social and economic inequalities in the society with the aim of "self-reliant, healthy and equitable society". CDS has been working with the focus on youth employment & entrepreneurship promotion, Child protection and child rights, Health and sanitation, community infrastructure, and environmental sustainability approach.

Funded by Childaid Network Foundation and BMZ, Community Development Society (CDS) has been implementing ‘Vocational and agricultural training to promote Employment and entrepreneurship) Project since 2022. Community Development Society invites quotations from reputed hotel for the provision of food and accommodation for participants of the Level-2 Residential Tailoring Training in the Manthali Municipality-1, Ramechhap. Interested Hotel are requested to submit their sealed quotation to the office within the specified timeframe.

Food and accommodation details:

Selection Criteria:

1. Bidder may submit their quotation for food and accommodations based on their capacity. 

Required documents:

1. Quotation (sealed in the envelop)
2. VAT or PAN registration certificate (copy)
3. Copy of hotel Register (certificate).
4. Tax clearance certificate for 2080/81 (copy)

Other criteria have been mentioned in the Procurement Notice

• Quotation should be submitted in the sealed envelope by the bidders for the food and accommodation. 
• Interested bidders meeting above-mentioned criteria are requested to send a sealed QUOTATION along with the required documents to Community Development Society office in Manthali no later than 24th July 2025 (2082 Shrawan 08) before 16.00 hrs. Please mention “CDS- Purchase Quotation” on the subject line.
• Note: The bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives in the CDS office at 11:00 AM on Friday 25th July 2025. If the bidder's representatives are not present at the time of opening, there will be no obstruction to the opening of the bids.
