Wine to Water Nepal invites sealed quotations from eligible firms/ suppliers for the Training program on DGPS  and Material Procurement Related to the program.

Instructions to Bidders

1. Type of Procurement:

Supply and Deliver of above mention Device and Training that should be conducted. All the rates should be quoted per Unit Basis.

2. Eligibility and Requirements:

• Legally registered firm with valid VAT/PAN certificate.
• Duly Signed Quotation Submission form 
• Tax clearance certificate for FY 2081/82 or Audit Date extension Letter.
• Proven experience in the supply of similar assignments.
• Quality Certificate (e.g., NS/ISO, etc.) 
• Each page must be signed and stamped.

2.1. Additional Evaluation Requirement (Past Performance):

Vendors who have previously supplied materials or participated in similar procurements with our organization will also be evaluated based on their past performance, including but not limited to:

• Timely delivery and adherence to delivery commitments
• Quality of supplied materials and Services.
• Responsiveness and communication

4. Quotation Submission:

Sealed quotations must be submitted at:

• Wine to Water Nepal, Thasikhel, Lalitpur, Nepal
• Within the Stipulated date Mention here, 26th January 2026 (i.e Magh 12-2082)
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

5. Delivery Period and Location

• All materials must be delivered within 1 week from the date of purchase order or contract signing.
• Training should be provided by the selected firms/company as the mention date from the organization.

6. Right to Reject:

Wine to Water Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
