Invitation for Sealed Quotation for the supply of Stationery materials

1. The Starlight Foundation invites sealed quotations from registered suppliers for the supply of stationery materials.
2. Eligible bidders may obtain further information and the bidding form from the Starlight Foundation office located at Magrati Galli, Nakkhu Dobato, Lalitpur 13.
3. The eligible bidders must submit a copy of company/firm registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate and tax clearance certificate along with the filled form.
4. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Starlight Foundation, Magrati Galli, Nakkhu Dobato, Lalitpur 13 on or before 2080 Ashwin 02  (19th Sep 2023) before 3 pm.  Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The time and date of opening the bids will be notified later to the bidders.  For this, the bidders must mention their contact numbers and /or email addresses clearly on the envelopes of the sealed quotation.
6. The Starlight Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partially any or all the sealed quotations without giving any reason, whatsoever.
