ADRA Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for supply Desktop Computers- 8 sets.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Suppliers must submit a copy of their Company Registration Certificate,VAT/PAN Certificate, Latest Tax clearance, and Authorization Letter (if applicable), Authorized Distributor/Dealer Certificate.

2. Prices should be quoted in NPR, inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT) and including delivery charge.

3. The bidders should provide at least 1-year warranty

4. Quotation validity should be minimum 30 days from the submission deadline.

• Storage: 512GB SSD
• Accessories: Required accessories including Key Board, Mouse
• Warranty: Minimum 1 year Parts Replacement OEM Warranty
