Invitation for Proposal for “HR Principle and Benefit Review”


International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serving poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life in its fullness through health and development work. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development service in Gandaki, 5, Karnali and Sudurpashim provinces of Nepal


INF Nepal recently gone through organizational structural change and alongside that it is proposed to review the HR principle and benefits provision to ensure that it is fair, reasonable and competitive. In order to achieve this, there is a need:

  • To establish general principles for whole of the organization.
  • To recognize different job nature like core, project base, technical expertise and locations etc.
  • To ensure that INF Nepal is offering a competitive and appropriate salary and benefit package to its staff when compared with similar like-minded organizations.
  • To establish flexibility to recognize good performance and long service.
  • To have the flexibility to allow for central, hospital and community development needs whilst maintaining overall employment principles.
  • To provide recommendations that is relevant for at least for next 5 years.

Criteria for Selection and Documents to be Submitted:

  • Brief company profile.
  • Experience in the relevant areas.
  • A Concept note for conducting the exercise, including methodology (including document analysis, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis including any survey methods and interviews, etc.), stakeholder participation, the building of consensus, feedback and reporting.
  • CV/Resumes of all team members, highlighting experience relevant to this exercise. Individual CVs should not exceed 4 pages along with confirmation that the proposed team members will in fact be available to undertake this exercise at the appropriate time.
  • Work plan, showing tasks, timelines etc.
  • Financial proposal for the task.
  • Contact details with references from among recent employers or clients.
  • One sample report from a prior consultancy assignment with content directly relevant to this assignment and completed by one or more of the proposed team members.
  • Certificate of incorporation / legal status.
  • Tax clearance certificate up to fiscal year 2075/76 (for the registered person/entity).
