Invitation for Expression of Interest: External Audit Services (FY 2081/82 – 2083/84)

Handicap International Federation (HI) – Nepal Programme is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced audit firms to conduct statutory and tax audits for three consecutive Nepali fiscal years (2081/82, 2082/83, and 2083/84). The selected firm will be responsible for delivering audit reports in compliance with International and Nepal Standards on Auditing, along with management letters and tax audit reports. The assignment will commence from 17 July 2025 and continue until January 2028.

Interested firms must submit sealed hard copies of both financial and technical proposals, clearly marked: “Proposals for External Audit for Nepalese Fiscal Years 2081/82, 2082/83, 2083/84”, to the address mentioned in TOR no later than 4:30 pm, 13th June 2025 (Friday). Proposals that do not comply with the scope of work outlined in the Terms of Reference or are submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
