PTYSM Jajarkot, under a joint procurement model, is working together to streamline the acquisition process for ECD learning materials for schools under World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal)–funded projects.

PTYSM Jajarkot hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to submit sealed bids or submit via email with PDF password protection for the supply and delivery of the following:

ECD learning Materials: Detailed specifications, quantities, and bidding requirements for ECD learning Materials is provided in the bid document, which can be downloaded from the link provided below.

Bidders may submit bids for ECD learning materials. The title must be clearly mentioned on subeject and the bidder can send the bids through the below-mentioned email or a hardcopy to the PTYSM Office 

A one-year Long Term Framework Agreement (LTFA) may be established with the successful bidder(s), with a possible extension subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The bidder needs to summit perfermance bid security after the selection process is completed.
