Supply, delivery and installation of ICT and electronic equipment

The Provincial Support Programme (PSP) is a strategic initiative supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), in collaboration with the Koshi Province Government, and implemented by Helvetas Nepal.

PSP/ Helvetas Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply, delivery and installation of ICT and electronic equipment in Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers (OCMCM) and the Province Assembly (PA) in Koshi province as per the following packages. Bidders may submit bids for one or more of the listed packages. Bids for each package should be submitted in a separate envelope.

Package 1: Supply, delivery and installation of ICT Equipment

Package 2: Supply, delivery and installation of Computer Server & Network Infrastructure

Package 3: Supply, delivery and installation of Smart TV

Package 4: Supply, delivery and installation of Multifunction Monochrome Laser Copier

Package 5: Supply, delivery and installation of Electronic Equipment

1. A standard bidding document comprising a detailed solicitation document is made available at: https://notice.helvetasnepal.org for free of cost.
2. Interested bidders must fulfill the minimum requirements listed in the bidding document.
3. The pre-bid meeting (Virtual, through Microsoft Teams) will be held on 21 December 2025 at 11:00 AM. Interested potential bidders should confirm their participation and send queries to psp.np@helvetas.org to obtain the virtual meeting ID by 21 December 2025 before 10:30 AM. The consolidated responses to the queries shall be posted by 22 December 2025 just below tender notice in the Helvetas notice platform.
4. The sealed bids must be submitted at the latest by 02:00 PM on 31 December 2025 to PSP/Helvetas, Biratnagar.
5. Acceptance and rejection of bids and award of job or cancelation of bid notice shall remain within the jurisdiction of PSP/ Helvetas Nepal.
