Action for Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of medical equipment and supplies at, Boudha, Kathmandu Nepal. 

1. The application for bid documents will be accepted only upon submission of a request letter on the official letterhead along. The documents must be requested via email at actionfnepal@gmail.com no later than 21 November 2025 (5 Mangsir 2082) by 17:00 hours.
2. The Sealed Bid along with the copy of other documents as requested in the Bid Document must be submitted to the Action for Nepal Kathmandu not later than 12:00 PM, 24 November 2025 (8 Mangsir 2082). Bid Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted. 
3. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 02:00 PM on 24 November (8 Mangsir 2082) at the office of Action for Nepal Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for 240 days after bid opening. 
4. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last date of submission and same with the Bid opening Time. 
5. Action for Nepal, Kathmandu reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Bid Document without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
