Construction of Material Recovery Facility (MRF) for Smart Waste Solution Pvt. Ltd. Under the Green Nepalgunj: Community Waste Transformation Project, Supported by the Coca-Cola Foundation

Bageshwori Asal Shasan Club (BAS Nepal), in Collaboration with Clean Up Nepal and Financial support from the Coca-Cola Foundation, intends to construct Material Recovery Facility (MRF) infrastructure at Nepalgunj-13, Banke District. Accordingly, BAS invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders.

1. Bidders can receive an electronic copy of a complete set of bidding documents from 6th of January 2026 up to 20th of January 2026 by 4:00 PM (Nepal Time), upon the submission of application along with copy of legal documents (VAT, Registration, Updated License, Tax Clearance) in below email address. If bidders want hard copy of bidding documents they should deposit NRs. 3000 in the following bank account and submit the bank deposit voucher along with the bidder's documents. 

2. Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Proposal and the other (ii) the Financial Proposal, both in turn closed in one sealed envelops as per the provision of ITB and BDS of the Bidding Docs in Hard copy physically in office hour.

3. All bidders must deposit a bid security amount as mentioned in above table in the bank given below and attach the bank deposit voucher along with the bids. The deposited amount will be refunded to non-selected bidders after 15 days of bid opening. Technical Proposal will be opened at BAS Office in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend 22nd January 2026 by 2:00 PM.

4. BAS Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without providing any reason. In addition, bidders are hereby informed that should there be any modification, suspension, or cancellation of the project of its committed budget by the donor, such changes will be duly communicated at any stage of the bidding process prior to the award of the contract.
