Nepal National Social Welfare Association (NNSWA) established itself in 1990. In 1994, NNSWA registered with the District Administration Office Kanchanpur and affiliated to Social Welfare Council Kathmandu. NNSWA has grown over the years, implementing various integrated community based development programs in Far Western Region being one of the leading development organizations in the Sudur Paschim Province of Nepal. NNSWA has 107 General Members who constitute the General Assembly of NNSWA. 11 members of this General Assembly constitute an Executive Committee. Executive Members are elected by the General assembly for a term of 5 years. The Executive Committee has 6 Office Bearers (President, Vice-president, General Secretary, Secretary, Treasurer and Vice-treasurer) and 5 Executive Members. 40% of General Assembly and Executive Committee members are female. NNSWA has its district chapters at Dadeldhura, Baitadi and Darchula districts and other district NNSWA helping committee are existed and providing services in all 9 districts within the Sudur Paschim Province, Nepal. The Executive Committee is the legally constituted body responsible for providing strategic and policy direction to the organization. NNSWA has its own office building having sufficient rooms and training hall at Bheemdatt Municipality-18 in Kanchanpur district.

Joint Sourcing of Stationery Items
Nepal National Social Welfare Association (NNSWA), Kanchanpur, as the lead organization under a joint procurement arrangement, is collaborating with various partner NGOs to streamline the procurement of stationery items under World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) funded projects.
NNSWA Kanchanpur hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to submit sealed bids along with samples for the supply and delivery of stationery items under the package detailed below:
Nepali Notebook- 76124 Pcs , English Notebook- 16500 Pcs, Color Pencil-10541 Pkt, Ball Pen-32090 Pcs
Detailed technical specifications, quantities, and bidding requirements are provided in the Bid Document, which can be downloaded from the link provided below.
The bid identification number and title must be clearly mentioned on the outer envelope of the bid submission along with sample of each item.
A one-year Long-Term Framework Agreement (LTFA) may be established with the successful bidder(s), with a possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
1. Bidders can obtain the Bid Documents, technical specifications, and bidding instructions by clicking in link.
2. All bids accompanied by a bid Security (2% of quoted price) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 5:00 PM on 3rd Feb. 2026 in the address given below and Interested bidders should submit copy of firm registration and renewal, copy of VAT registration, copy of latest tax clearance certificate (2081/082) or time extension voucher, work experience certificate/document (if available) signed supplier code of conduct and duly filled supplier registration form.
3. NNSWA Kanchanpur reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this Tender as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
4. Bidders who do not provide samples they will not be involved in selection process. (NNSWA will inspect the requested materials sample before acknowledge award to potential bidder.
The selected bidders will be responsible for transporting the Supply & Delivery Stationaries in varying quantities to various districts.
