The Nepal National Social Welfare Association (NNSWA) was established in 1990. In 1994, NNSWA was registered with the District Administration Office, Kanchanpur, and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council in Kathmandu. Over the years, NNSWA has grown into one of the leading development organizations in Sudur Paschim Province, Nepal, implementing a wide range of integrated, community-based development programs throughout the province. Sudur Paschim Province constitutes the core program area of NNSWA. The districts of the former Far Western Development Region are characterized by poor development indicators, high levels of male migration to India, inadequate infrastructure, significant caste- and gender-based disparities, and extensive deforestation. These conditions provide a strong rationale for NNSWA’s development interventions in the region. NNSWA’s programs are organized into four major sectors: (Education and Early Childhood Development, General Health and Reproductive Health, Nutrition, Disability and Health, Drinking Water, and Sanitation, Community Development through Social and Economic Upliftment, Natural Resource Management (Disaster Risk Reduction and Management [DRRM], Climate Change Adaptation [CCA], and Humanitarian Response)

Joint Sourcing of Stationery Items
Nepal National Social Welfare Association (NNSWA), Kanchanpur, as the lead organization under a joint procurement arrangement, is collaborating with various partner NGOs to streamline the procurement of stationery items under World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) funded projects.
NNSWA Kanchanpur hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to submit sealed bids along with samples for the supply and delivery of stationery items under the package detailed below:
Nepali Notebook- 109184 Pcs , English Notebook- 16500 Pcs, Color Pencil-12374 Pkt, Ball Pen-54090 Pcs, Pencil-129494 Pcs, Eraser- 49460 Pcs and Sharpner-54950 Pcs
Detailed technical specifications, quantities, and bidding requirements are provided in the Bid Document, which can be downloaded from the link provided below.
The bid identification number and title must be clearly mentioned on the outer envelope of the bid submission along with sample of each item.
A one-year Long-Term Framework Agreement (LTFA) may be established with the successful bidder(s), with a possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.

- All bids accompanied by a bid Security (2% of quoted price) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 5:00 PM on 2 Feb. 2026 in the address given below and Interested bidders should submit copy of firm registration and renewal, copy of VAT registration, copy of latest tax clearance certificate (2081/082) or time extension voucher, work experience certificate/document (if available) signed supplier code of conduct and duly filled supplier registration form.
- NNSWA Kanchanpur reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this Tender as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
- Bidders who do not provide samples they will not be involved in selection process. (NNSWA will inspect the requested materials sample before acknowledge award to potential bidder.
The selected bidders will be responsible for transporting the Supply & Delivery Stationaries in varying quantities to various districts.
