INVITATION FOR BIDS

Tukee Foundation is a non-profit and non-government organization (NGO) based in Nepal which has been working for Construction of houses for widows/divorcees/physically disable especially single mothers. Tukee Foundation invites interested and qualified bidders for the proposed Construction of flood and earthquake resilient cost-effective housing under Shelter Program for Single Women (SPS) in our project area in Raksirang Rural Municipality, Makwanpur District.

To apply for bidding, kindly email us your company profile with detail proposal and bill of quantities (BOQ) to info@tukee.org.np by 5 PM, May 03, 2024.

Eligibility 

1. The bidder should be a construction company registered with government and must have experience in the sector of low-cost housing. The company should not be blacklisted by government or donor institution.
2. All the taxes and audit report should be updated and provided at the time of bidding.

Additional Information

• All rates should be inclusive of the taxes, VAT, transportation and contingency.  
• The bid shall be evaluated based on the financial proposal and the technical competencies of the company. Tukee foundation has the right to accept or reject any proposal and is not liable for any explanation.
• The documents should have complete information. Incomplete or false information will be automatically rejected.
• Interested bidders can find 2D design of the proposed house and further details through the mail at mobina@tukee.org.np
