Integrated Water Resources Management Programme (WARMP), Helvetas Nepal, Birendranagar, Surkhet invites sealed bid from interested and competent suppliers/vendors for the supply and delivery of "various construction materials" for the following packages:

Package-I : GI Pipe and others (GI Pipe, rebar, plain wire, barbed wire, etc)

Package-II : HDPE Pipe (NS-40)

Package-III : GI Fittings & tools

Package-IV : Brass fittings & valves

Package-V : Fabricated Materials

Package-VI : Cement OPC

The bidders can obtain the respective bidding document (via email only) either all packages or specific package upon sending request letter accompanying copy of tax clearance certificated F/Y 2076/2077 and self-declaration letter for not being blacklisted up to the date of bid submission to kushmakar.pant@helvetas.org. We will response such request till 28 September 2021 before 5PM.

Date of pre-bid meeting: 22 September 2021 at 03:00 PM online: interested potential bidders can contact to kushmakar.pant@helvetas.org on or before 12:30PM on 22 September 2021 to participate the meeting.

Last date of bid submission: on 30 September 2021 before 1 PM at the address mentioned below.

The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any bid partially or fully without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
