Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) is a non-governmental organization implementing projects in Disaster Risk Management, Humanitarian Preparedness, WASH, HIV, and TB with support from various donors across Madhesh and Bagmati Provinces.

Currently, BWSN is implementing the “Nepal Flood Response August-2026” project with technical and financial support from OXFAM Nepal at Nuwakot Districts. The project aims to support rapid recovery and rehabilitation of affected people after floods. 

As part of this initiative, BWSN invites sealed quotations from qualified, experienced, and eligible suppliers/vendors for the “Supply of Laptop and Printer”. Interested suppliers/vendors are requested to submit their competitive quotations in accordance with the specifications, quantities, delivery requirements, and terms and conditions provided in the tender documents. BWSN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, in whole or in part, in accordance with its procurement policies and applicable requirements.

• Details specification and required quality are described in the financial proposals which can be downloaded from the link below or suppliers/vendors also can collect from the BWSN central office Harion-11, Sarlahi and Field office Bidur-4, Nuwakot.
• The tender document will be issued from 21 September 2026 onwards.
• The deadline for submission of Tender documents is 27 September 2026 by 17:00 Hrs.
• Interested and eligible suppliers/vendors must be submitting the tender with these documents below: 
• Copy of PAN/VAT Registration 
• Copy of firm Registration 
• Latest Tax clearance certificate
• Experience related documents if any.
• Tender document collection and submission must be from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm from Sunday to Friday except BWSN holidays. 
• Technical and financial proposals must submit separate sealed envelopes. 
• Tender documents must submit the hard copy within the stipulated time at below address"

• Any tender documents received after the closing deadline shall be returned directly to the vendors/suppliers. If the last date of submission and opening falls on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.
• BWSN reserves the right to award the tender more than the one eligible supplier/vendors either fully or partially as per requirement.
• BWSN office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the supplier/vendors in connection with the preparation or delivery of tender.
