Integrated Water Resources Management Programme(WARMP)/Helvetas Nepal Invites sealed bid from interested and competent suppliers for the supply and delivery of construction materials for the following packages:

• Package-I: HDPE Pipe (NS-40)
• Package-II: Fabricated materials
• Package-III: Various construction materials (MS bar, binding wire, plain wire, barbed wire, etc)
• Package-IV: Supply, delivery & installation of solar PV, Pump and accessories

Interested bidders can obtain the bid document by sending request letter along with copy of tax dearance certificate F/Y-2076/077 to email: kushmaker.pant@helvetas.org before 06 May 2021 (during office hours: 9 AM to % PM). The bidders have choice to send their request of bid document either all packages or selected package only.

Date of Pre-bid meeting: 30 April 2021 at 03:00 PM ( online Microsoft Teams).

Last date of bid submission is 07 May 2021 on or before 01:00 PM 

The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any bid partially or fully without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
