INVITATION FOR BIDS

Construction of Child Birth Centre at FPAN, Ghorahi, Dang

1.0   Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN)Central Office, Pulchowk, Lalitpur or FPAN DangBranch Office at Ward No. 15 Ghorahi, Dang.

2.0   Bidding documents may be purchased from the office mentioned as above by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application attaching updated attested copies of bidder's registration, VAT/PAN Registration, updated Tax Clearance Certificates and upon payment of a non-refundable fee indicated in Tabledeposited in Account No. 0010001701100001 at Kumari Bank Limited, Putalisadak Branch within Time specified in the Table on normal Office hours. 

3.0   Sealed Bids must be submitted to the office of FPAN Central office or FPAN Dang Branch office by hand/courier on before date and Time specified in the Table below. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

4.0   Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at Time and Date specified in the Table below at the office of FPAN Central office. Bid must be valid for a period as indicated in Table after bid opening and must be accompanied by cash deposit Bank voucher or bank guarantee as bid security which shall be valid for 60 days beyond the bid validity period of the bid.

5.0     If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

6.0   Bidders are advised to visit the site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
