1. JOB REQUIREMENT for Translator/Interpreter (Chinese-Nepalese)

  1. can speak Chinese, English and Nepalese frequently (priority will be given to those who can read Chinese characters);

   2.have active attitude on work, be responsible for the job;

   3.it will be better to know about construction issues;

   4.priority will be given to male and who has the knowledge of the civil construction works.

2. JOB REQUIREMENT for Civil Highway Engineer and Bridge Engineer:

1.have enough knowledge of Bridge Engineering and Civil Highway Engineering, especially the suspension bridge, cable-stayed bridge, beam bridge, girder bridge, box girder bridge,rigid-frame bridge, and construction road/highway and the construction of the structures;

2.have fluent English speaking,if can speak some Chinese will be mostly welcome you join to us;

3.have active attitude on work, be responsible;

4.have working experience for over 1-10 years, including at least 1 years experience in bridge contruction or highway/road construction.

3. JOB REQUIREMENT for Office Staff

1.have the experience of office work, and have the knowledge of construction projects office jobs.

2.have fluent English speaking,if can speak some Chinese will be mostly welcome you join to us;

3.have active attitude on work, be responsible.

4.have working experience for over 1 years, including at least 1 years experience in construction industry.

4. JOB REQUIREMENT for Lab Technician

1. Materials Sampling and Preparation

Collect field samples of soil, aggregates, asphalt, concrete, cement, steel, and water.

Label and document samples in accordance with testing protocols.

Prepare specimens for laboratory testing (e.g., molding concrete cylinders, sieving aggregates).

2. Laboratory Testing

Conduct standard tests such as:Soil: moisture content, Atterberg limits, Proctor compaction, CBR.

Aggregates: gradation (sieve analysis), specific gravity, abrasion resistance.

Concrete: slump test, compressive strength, curing monitoring.

Asphalt: Marshall stability, bitumen content, flow value.

Steel: tensile and bend tests (if included in scope).

Use equipment like ovens, compression machines, balances, and mixers.

3. Data Recording and Reporting

Record test results accurately in logbooks or digital systems.

Report deviations from specifications to engineers or QA/QC staff.

Assist in preparing daily or weekly lab reports.

4. Calibration and Equipment Maintenance

Calibrate testing instruments regularly to ensure accuracy.

Clean and maintain lab tools and equipment to meet operational standards.

5. Quality Control Support

Assist QA/QC engineers in verifying that construction materials meet project standards.

Ensure that test procedures align with relevant codes (e.g., ASTM, AASHTO, BS, or local standards).

Monitor materials delivered to the site for compliance.
