We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Training Coordinator to lead our upcoming Drone and Skills Academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for running educational programs and equipping youth and professionals with the skills in drone operations, AI, and frontier technologies. This person should have excellent managerial skills, a proven track record in training program leadership, and a genuine interest in shaping the future of technology-driven education. This role will have the potential to grow into the CEO position as the school expands.

Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Design & Development: Collaborate with thematic experts to create engaging and relevant training programs for drone operations, AI, and other emerging technologies.
2. Training Program Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional learner outcomes.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of instructors and support staff, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
4. Business Development: Identify new opportunities for the school, expand the network of partnerships, and drive enrollments through effective outreach and marketing strategies.
5. Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and implement necessary improvements to enhance program quality.
6. Resource Management: Ensure that all necessary drones, software, and training materials are available and well-maintained for effective delivery.
7. Financial Planning: Support in budgeting and financial management of the school, ensuring cost-effective operations and growth.
8. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, including industry leaders, government agencies, and international organizations.
9. Student Support & Guidance: Provide mentorship and assistance to students, ensuring their educational experience is positive and productive.
10. Marketing & Outreach: Drive the promotion of the drone school to increase visibility and attract students, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
11. Technology Integration: Stay informed of the latest trends and technologies in drones, AI, and related fields, integrating them into the training curriculum.
12. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, student progress, feedback, and overall school performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geoinformatics, Forestry or any other related science discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in leading or managing training programs.
• Strong managerial and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passionate about running educational programs and shaping the future of drone and AI training.
• Experience in drone operations or AI-based applications is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and execute educational initiatives effectively.
