๐น Developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process
๐น Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
๐น Understand customer needs and requirements
๐น Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per inquiry
๐น Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
๐น Close sales and achieve sales quotas
๐น Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
๐น Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the Information Technology industry
๐น Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
๐น Perform effective online demos to prospects and upsell services

Bachelorโs degree
in Sales Management, Business Marketing, or similar discipline.
โ
At least 2 years of previous
experience in an IT service call center, IT company or other Tech fields.
โ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good
technical skills and strong knowledge about technological field will be highly
preferred.
โ
Excellent English communication
skills, both verbal and written. Candidates with experience of interaction with
clients from North America and Australia and/or those with good scores in IELTS,
PTE tests shall be given priority.

Good organizational and multitasking
ability with strong listening and sales skills, and a knack to achieve targets.

Excellent phone and cold calling skills
with exceptional customer service ability.
