Detailed Job description / requirements:
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭
🔹 Developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process
🔹 Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
🔹 Understand customer needs and requirements
🔹 Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per inquiry
🔹 Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
🔹 Close sales and achieve sales quotas
🔹 Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
🔹 Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the Information Technology industry
🔹 Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
🔹 Perform effective online demos to prospects and upsell services
in Sales Management, Business Marketing, or similar discipline.
✅ At least 2 years of previous experience in an IT service call center, IT company or other Tech fields.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good technical skills and strong knowledge about technological field will be highly preferred.
✅ Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidates with experience of interaction with clients from North America and Australia and/or those with good scores in IELTS, PTE tests shall be given priority.
✅ Good organizational and multitasking ability with strong listening and sales skills, and a knack to achieve targets.
✅ Excellent phone and cold calling skills with exceptional customer service ability.
