Details / requirements:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and recruit on a timely and organized basis the talent needed.
- Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedues for all company personnel in co-ordination with Managing Director.
- Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures with co-ordination with Managing Director, rewrites job description as per the requirement.
- In collaboration with department heads create effective performance review and programs which are designed to measure individual performance and to identify opportunities for improvement and challenges.
- Identify, recommend and, as necessary, conduct programs intended to aid individuals and groups in improving their job performance.
- Work closely with Head of Departments to identify high potential employees.
- Develop career programs for those important to our continual growth as a company.
- Establish appropriate programs and timelines to assist a smooth transition for those who may be entering or exiting their positions.
- Identify, recommend, implement / coordinate programs to encourage the maximum productivity of employees, both as individuals and as members of a team.
- Function as counsel to individual employees, department heads and top management.
- Develop effective relationships with all departments throughout.
- Establishes and maintains departments records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, Maintains company organization charts and employee directiory.
- Support Workplace Safety Trainings
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in HR management or Business Management or its equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).
- Working experience in managing human resources in Information technology companies is preferable.
- Excellent thought leadership, self-directed and assertive.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, regulations and practices.
- Good Strategic Skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge in office software.
