Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, well-organized, and has a strong understanding of employment laws and best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Policy Development: Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Benefits & Payroll Support: Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee data management.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback initiatives.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture through proactive employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role; BPO and call center industry experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
