1. Counselor – 3 Positions
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and proactive Counselors to guide students in identifying suitable courses, colleges/universities, and international study destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and updated counseling for various international study programs
- Guide students on course selection, documentation, and application procedures
- Maintain proper records, follow-ups, and conversions
- Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, social media) professionally
- Stay updated on admission requirements, visa guidelines, and university offerings
- Assist students in pre-departure orientation and enrollment processes
Job Specification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- More than 1 year of experience in student counseling (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and able to work independently
- Proactive and student-focused personality
- Pleasant and professional demeanor

2. Front Desk Officer – 2 Positions
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and student registrations
- Maintain records and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Ensure a welcoming and organized reception environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Pleasant personality with professional behavior
