Your Main Responsibilities

• Search and screen candidates from your network and groups
• Manage documents and prepare clean candidate files
• Communicate daily with candidates, agencies, and international team
• Schedule interviews and maintain follow-ups
• Keep everything updated in Google Sheets/WhatsApp
• Support smooth and fast processing of candidates

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in Nepal manpower/recruitment
• Good communication in Nepali + basic English
• Organized and responsible
• Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure
• Strong candidate network (big advantage)
