Vacancy Announcement

Meeting Point is a leading media production and research organization working with various NGOs, INGOs, bilateral agencies, educational institutions, top national media houses and corporate houses, offering its services since the past decade. Meeting Point invites application from competent, committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic candidates for the positions of Manager-Finance, Junior Accountant and Customer Service Executive.

Manager-Finance-2

Specifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor´s degree in Management/ Economics or related field.
  2. Relevant experience in managing financial operations of organizations for at least two or more years.
  3. Good knowledge of the legal system and tax regulations.
  4. Good knowledge on income tax and VAT.
  5. Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, word) and TALLY accounting software is a must.
  6. Good command over email and use of internet for communication as well as written and spoken English and Nepali languages.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills to disseminate information, communicate strategic direction, deal sensitively and fairly with all clients to suitably resolve conflict when necessary.

Junior Accountant -2

Specifications:

  • Minimum +2 in Management or any other field.
  • Excellent, proactive phone communication skills.
  • Knowledge of account, legal system and tax regulation to some extent.
  • Must be enthusiastic and have good interpersonal skills, learning attitude.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for this position.

Customer Service Executive-2

Specifications:

  1. Minimum +2 in Management or any other field.
  2. Good command on email, written and spoken of English Language.
  3. Must have interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Graduates with flexible working hours will be at an advantage when applying for this position.
  5. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for liaison between two organizations to communicate and coordinate their activities by serving as an official go-between for representatives of both organizations.
  2. Needs to collect the content, check for any missing data after review and post them in the directed platform as necessary.
  3. Needs to act as a liaison between different department heads of the organizations that they are in contact with.
