JOB DESCRIPTION – CONTENT CREATOR

Job Purpose

To create engaging digital content that promotes Khaalisisi’s mission, raises awareness of responsible waste management, and showcases its environmental and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, reels, videos, graphics, and captions.
• Photograph and document field activities, recycling initiatives, and community programs.
• Develop compelling stories highlighting waste management, sustainability, gender equality, and the contributions of informal waste workers.
• Manage content calendars and support digital awareness campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement and suggest creative ideas to grow our online presence.

Requirements

• Strong writing and storytelling skills in Nepali and English.
• Skills in photography, videography, and video editing.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and social media platforms.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to participate in field visits.
• Interest in sustainability and social impact is an advantage.
