Details / requirements:

Our Client, one of the US based IT company dealing in application development for mobile device is looking for following professionals to be the part of their team. 1.GRAPHIC DESIGNER/PRODUCTION: Essential Job Functions: •Create web elements, Print collateral and layouts, banners for events, logos and more. •Create illustrations; outlines convert artwork for vector use and more. •Responsible for layout of various publications and other collaterals. •Create production flow for each project and maintain it. •Conduct daily status meetings with design, trafficking and copy staff. Provide regular updates to management. •Coordinate monthly work schedule with appropriate vendors. •Provide regular communication to local market staff regarding schedules. •Approve final placement of advertisements by trafficking staff, ensuring proper placements for client satisfaction. •Review, prioritize and assign design work order requests as they come in when needed. •Perform other duties as assigned/ required. Skills / Qualifications Required: •BA or Equivalent in Graphic Design or related art field. 1-3 yrs of experience a plus. •Previous professional experience in graphic design, with a strong awareness of entertainment, and design trends preferred. •Must be proficient with relevant design related programs, including PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat. •Knowledge of Adobe Flash, DreamWeaver, and/or web-ready production skills are a plus. •Strong organizational skills & ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines is essential. •Strong typography skills, as well as the ability to scan, manipulate, & prepare artwork for press required. •Must be confident to take a project from concept to print, web and on other media. •Understanding of HTML and CSS capabilities a plus. •SEM, Code and structure optimization, SEO, ROI analysis, Keyword / pay-per-click analysis a plus. 2.WEB PROGRAMMER Essential Job Functions: •Need to deploy and launch websites and portal on LAMP architecture •Create, maintain and update Joomla extension and plugins. •Create, maintain and update extenstion and plugins for wordpress and Magento and other CMS. •Work with Graphic Designer in projects from scratch to deployment. •Be able to work with Software programmer to repurpose content for web and other mobile app and print. •Perform other duties as assigned/ required. Skills / Qualifications Required: •Bachelor’s Degree in related field. 1-3 yrs of experience a plus. •HTML/CSS , JavaScript + Perl, E-commerce, •Information architecture, Project Management. •Web, Internet and networking concepts, protocols and processes, •Some experience in middleware a plus. •Must be a self-starter. Experience a plus. •Ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects. •Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and outside partners/vendors is required. •An understanding of the social media universe including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Wikis, blogs, etc. •Must have exceptional traditional writing and grammatical skills and a flair for using social networking speak and online jargon. •In-depth knowledge of concepts and trends in online communities •Friendliness, diplomacy, and a good sense of decorum and brand appropriateness •Discretion to identify threats and opportunities in user generated content •Working knowledge of and experience with online measurement platforms (including but not limited to Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics) •The Social Media Marketing Coordinator must exercise diplomacy and good judgment at all times. •A candidate with advertising agency experience is a plus. All candidates must have excellent computer skills with an excellent written as well as spoken English & Nepali and exceptional traditional writing and grammatical skills. S/he should have positive, upbeat, can-do, professional and responsible, independent and self-directed yet also team-oriented attitude, familiar with youth culture and communication, desirous to work in a team environment, able to work individually by respecting/following the established rules & regulations and exercising diplomacy and good judgment at all times.
