We are seeking developers who can build high-quality, responsive, and scalable applications for Android, iOS, and Web platforms using Flutter. • Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and performance

• Minimum Age: 23 years

• Experience:

  • Mid-Level: 1–2+ years of relevant development experience

  • Junior: Relevant foundational knowledge, project experience, or internship experience

Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills

1. Flutter Application Development

• Develop and maintain cross-platform applications for Android, iOS, and Web using Flutter and Dart.

• Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance interfaces for mobile and web platforms.

• Develop reusable widgets and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

• Implement application navigation, state management, form validation, and error handling.

• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and usability across different devices and screen sizes.

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

2. API Integration & Backend Connectivity

• Integrate RESTful APIs and web services into Flutter applications.

• Work with JSON data, authentication mechanisms, and secure API communication.

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate applications with server-side systems and databases.

• Implement secure session management, data handling, and appropriate error-handling mechanisms.

• Experience with third-party SDKs, push notifications, and payment or other service integrations will be an advantage.

3. Flutter Web Development

• Develop responsive web applications using Flutter Web.

• Design interfaces that provide a consistent user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.

• Understand responsive layouts, browser compatibility, routing, and web application deployment.

• Optimize web application loading speed, rendering performance, and usability.

4. Mobile Application Development

• Develop and maintain Android and iOS applications using Flutter.

• Understand mobile application lifecycle, permissions, local storage, and device-specific functionality.

• Implement mobile-friendly layouts, navigation, and user interactions.

• Assist with application testing, debugging, build generation, and deployment.

• Familiarity with Google Play Console, Apple App Store deployment, or mobile application release processes will be an advantage.

5. AI-Assisted Software Development — Highly Recommended!

We strongly encourage candidates to embrace AI-powered development tools and modern software engineering practices.

Responsibilities and expectations include:

• Use AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to improve coding productivity.

• Leverage AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and test-case creation.

• Use AI tools to understand unfamiliar code, investigate technical problems, and explore alternative implementation approaches.

• Apply AI-assisted techniques to improve code quality, development speed, and maintainability.

• Explore the integration of AI-powered features into web and mobile applications.

• Review, test, and validate AI-generated code before using it in production.

• Follow secure coding practices and protect confidential source code, credentials, customer information, and business data when using AI tools.

AI Advantage: Candidates with practical experience using AI tools for software development, or a strong willingness to adopt AI-assisted development practices, will receive strong consideration.

AI tool expertise is highly recommended but is not a mandatory requirement.

6. Backend, Database & Application Architecture

Candidates should have a basic understanding of application architecture and backend communication.

Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:

• REST APIs and web services

• JSON and HTTP/HTTPS communication

• Authentication and authorization mechanisms

• SQL and relational databases

• Firebase or other backend services

• State management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX

• Git and collaborative source-code management

• Application security, performance optimization, and software design principles

Experience working with .NET-based backend services or Microsoft SQL Server will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any of the following or a related discipline:

• Computer Engineering

• Computer Applications (BCA/MCA)

• Information Technology (BIT/MIT)

• BSc. IT / BSc. CSIT

• Computer Information Systems

• Other relevant computing or IT disciplines

Candidates with strong practical development skills, relevant projects, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Experience & Knowledge Requirements

For Mid-Level Developers:

• 1–2+ years of relevant software development experience.

• Practical knowledge of Flutter and Dart.

• Experience developing and maintaining mobile or web applications.

• Familiarity with REST API integration, state management, debugging, and application deployment.

• Ability to work independently, solve technical problems, and contribute to project delivery.

For Junior Developers:

• Strong fundamentals in programming and object-oriented concepts.

• Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart.

• Understanding of UI development, API integration, and application navigation.

• Willingness to learn new technologies, work with experienced developers, and improve technical skills.

• Academic projects, personal projects, internships, or a portfolio demonstrating practical skills are desirable.

Additional Advantages:

• Experience developing applications for both Flutter Web and mobile platforms.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Firebase, and automated testing.
