Eligibility
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in corporate house.
· Sound knowledge of accounting principles and basic bookkeeping procedures.
· Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS office applications.
· A Valid two wheeler driving license.
Job Description
1. Responsible for maintaining the accounts, following relevant regulations/guidelines of Eco Concern and Nepal government, in consultation with the CEO and in co-ordination with the Project Coordinators/Managers and client using Tally software.
2. Responsible for monitoring day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, tax payments, insurance claims and other transactions in co-ordination with the unit heads, project staff, staff and CEO.
3. Responsible to produce error-free accounting reports (Trial balance, PL account, and Balance sheet) and present their results to CEO in monthly basis.
4. Responsible for delivering presentation on weekly unit head meeting on the weekly activities and the targets.
5. Responsible for expediting direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
6. Responsible in TDS Reconciliation, VAT Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation.
7. Responsible for maintaining, analyzing and monitoring proper budgets and expenditures reports of the project, proper documentation from project managers and ensure timely financial reporting.
8. Organize ISO audit/Labor audit and Finance audit.
9. Proper administration of Tally software and ehajir software.
10. Responsible for maintaining proper pan card, company registration, tax clearance certificates and other company documents.
11. Responsibility for preparing monthly summary of timesheets from all staff members, monthly summary of leaves, maintain and checking ehajir attendances.
12. Responsible in maintaining proper documentation, back up and their adequate security.
