POSITION TITLE: Finance and Admin Officer
LOCATION: Golfutar, Kathmandu

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time
Mandala Agrifresh Pvt. Ltd. is an agriculture post-harvest management company located in Golfutar, Kathmandu. The company was established in 2020 with the goal to reduce post-harvest losses in agriculture. Mandala Agrifresh Pvt. Ltd. currently working to develop a low-cost supply chain management system for selected agriculture commodities through the adoption of applicable post-harvest technologies and practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Office Management: Ensure the efficient operation of the office by overseeing day-to-day tasks, coordinating office supplies, and maintaining a conducive work environment.
- Documentation: Manage and organize official documents, files, and records, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
- Communication: Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence with stakeholders.
- Meetings and Events: Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including logistical arrangements, scheduling, and documentation.
- Travel Arrangements: Facilitate travel bookings and arrangements for staff members as required.
- Financial Planning: Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Accounts Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Auditing and Taxation: Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with taxation requirements and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
