WOSCC is the well-established social organization registered in 1992 under the concerned authority of government of Nepal, has been actively moving for 27 years in Makawanpur district. We are seeking a qualified, experienced, dynamic and self-motivated personnel to work under the Promotion of Safe Migration and Prevention of Human Trafficking Project in Makawanpur district supported by AWO international. Position: Field Coordinator

Report to: Program Coordinator/ Executive Director

Field Areas: Bagamti Rural Municipality ward 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and Raksirang Rural municipality ward 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Makawanpur District.

Employment: 1st October 2020 to 31st December 2022

Salary: Salary and other benefits will be as per rules and regulation of the organization 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in social science or related discipline with at least 2 years’ working experience in related field  and  understanding of safe migration and anti-human trafficking issues/policy of Nepal government
• An excellent computer skill on Microsoft office excel, word and power point
• Skill on report writing, story writing and content writing in the project’s theme 
• Good command( written/spoken)over English, Nepali  and local language will begiven added value
• Good community mobilization, interpersonal, Networking communication and management skill
• Driving license (motor bike/ scooter) holder given added value
• Disadvantages groups will be encouraged to apply
