Multi dimensional Action fro Development (MADE Nepal) is national organization working with target groups concerned stakeholders for improving livelihood and nutrition condition of people. The main areas of interventions of organization are social mobilization of community people, Economic Empowerment of target groups, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Eco-tourism and Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). It has worked mainly production, value chain and market system development in agriculture sector in 35 districts of Nepal.

Multi-dimensional Action for Development (MADE Nepal) is a national organization has worked in the field of Social Mobilization, Livelihood, Disaster Risk Reduction, Water and Sanitation and Rural Tourism sectors in 35 districts of Nepal. MADE has been working as a partner with IM Swedish Development partners in Gorkha and Nawalpur districts since 2015. Now, we have needed following position from committed and experienced Nepali citizen:
A.Position: Field Coordinator -1
Duty Station: MADE Nepal Field Office, Bulingtar, Nawalpur
Reports to: Executive Director
Purpose: This position, under the general direction of the Executive Director will be responsible for implementation of project activities, coordination with rural municipalities, partners’ networks and concerned all stakeholders in the project area. Major activities will be agriculture production, value chain and market system development. Monitoring and support to producers groups in social mobilization and institutional development
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or higher degree in sociology, rural development, agriculture or Development studies; with at least 2 years work experience in the field of social mobilisation, advocacy, rights based approach, livelihood promotion of marginalised communities.
