Expression of Interest for Vendor Prequalification (REF.: WVIN/SCM/EOI/2026-01)

World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is an INGO dedicated to work with vulnerable children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. WVI Nepal invites qualified firms/individuals who provide one or more categories of following Goods, Works and Services. Kindly respond to this advertisement in order to be listed as prequalified vendor in WVI Nepal’s Suppliers’ Roster. 

• Agriculture, farm equipment, livestock (input, poultry, livestock etc.), post-harvest, irrigation equipment etc.;
• IT hardware and communication equipment (Laptops, toners, printers, mobile phones, camera etc.); 
• Travel, ground transportation, international and domestic airlines services and helicopter services;
• Domestic and international courier services (documents, small packages, heavy items);
• Household, shelter and relief supplies. (E.g. Tarpaulins, woolen blankets, ropes etc.);
• Designing, printing and publishing services (Visiting cards, greeting cards, letter head, booklets, annual report cards banners, information boards etc.)
• Medicines, medical equipment and supplies (e.g. first aid kits, hygiene kits etc.) 
• Security services;
• Internet services;
• IT consultants, app, web-based app developer, software development etc.
• Office supplies, grocery and stationery;
• Drinking water supply (tankers/jars);
• Laptop Bags, Education & School Supplies and Equipment, sports equipment;
• Hospitality, accommodations, catering (For residential workshops, accommodation and one day seminars);
• Emergency Relief Materials;  
• Contractors for construction works, construction materials and repair, building maintenance and repair;
• Office equipment (Furniture, air conditioner);
• Technical specialty consultancy Services (Trainers, facilitators, researchers, translator, editor, proof reading etc. psychological counselling);
• Repair and Maintenance services (plumbing, electrician Equipment's etc.);
• Consultancy services to conduct evaluations, creative communications, editing services, surveys, research works etc. 

Eligible suppliers who provide required information may be invited to participate in further procurement for the relevant lots. Therefore, all interested suppliers are requested to respond to this EOI with required information on or by 16 November 2025.

Terms and conditions

1. Interested suppliers must send duly filled supplier’s registration form along with application letter, copies of updated PAN/VAT certificate, firm registration, and tax clearance certificate of last 2 years, company profile and other relevant documents inside a sealed envelope and drop it in the designated location WVI Nepal Head Office in Kusunti, Lalitpur OR East Field Office Cluster, Bardibas, OR West Field Office Cluster, Kailali, Dhangadi.
2. For hard copy submissions, envelope must include the above EOI number as well as the category of interest from the abovementioned list.

4. WVI Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this EOI as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
