Lutheran World Relief (LWR), in partnership with Corus International, is a U.S.-based international development organization. Since 2011, LWR has been operating in Nepal, implementing programs in agriculture, environment, disaster risk reduction (DRR), climate change adaptation, and humanitarian assistance.

LWR is now seeking to rent office space under a long-term contract in a safe, peaceful, and disaster-resilient building. Accordingly, this Expression of Interest (EOI) is being issued to qualified property owners and authorized real estate agents.

Detailed requirements are provided below:

• Space for 22 staff members, including space for a night guard, properties having a lesser number of rooms and more open areas that can be converted into a working station to accommodate the said number of staff.
• Adequate hall area, kitchen, and rooms with attached restrooms.
• Spacious compound with ample parking space for vehicles.
• The building is equipped with electrical wiring and switches capable of supporting inverters and other essential equipment.
• High capacity electrical systems suitable for operating heavy equipment and office appliances

Lease Type: Long-term, with renewal options based on the project’s yearly requirements. Payment will be quarterly basis.

Preferred Location: Within Lalitpur district (Focus-Kupandol, Pulchok, Thapathali, Patandhoka, Man Bhawan, Sanepa, Jhamsikhel etc.)

Availability: Within Two Months

Submission Details: Interested Property owners or Real Estate company are requested to submit their Expression of Interest, including: Property documents, landowner certificates, Citizenship and individual PAN card copy, Property Preferred constructed after 2015 with certificate, Tax clearance bill for the current fiscal year, Detailed Description of the house and facilities including Monthly Rental Charges to email address lwrnepalcontact@lwr.org cc aneupane@lwr.org with subject line: Expression of Interest for House Rental, by October 29th, 2025,17 hours. During the process, no telephone call will be entertained and attempts to influence LWR through any means will be disqualified. "Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis, so earlier application is encouraged". LWR is also exploring the house through headhunting as well. LWR has the right to void the application at any time if necessary.
